Choose a plan, pay online, and we’ll text/email your locker number and code within 1 hour. (Code only sent within 1 hour of purchase during our normal operating hours between 8am to 8pm)

When you reserve a locker, we will send you a code within 1-hour of your purchase to the email or phone # provided. These codes will only be sent during our normal operating business hours between 8am to 8pm. If you still haven't received your code, or are having issues, please reach out at 910 701 8600.
You can reclaim your item anytime during pickup hours. If you are renting a 48-hour locker, and your buyer does not pick up the item in time, your locker code will expire. Your item may be removed from the locker for later seller retrieval. Sellers or buyers can also pay to extend their rental.

If you are subscribed to Zippy Post monthly locker rentals, you as the seller are in control of the locker! There is no time limit for your merchandise during your rental period.
If you are reserving a 48 hour rental, your buyer must pick up the item within 48 hours of the seller reservation. The reservation begins when the seller receives the secure code via text/email.

No. Our storefront is only open from 8am-8pm.
There is street parking in Downtown Fayetteville. If you are just picking up/dropping off an item, the parking attendants most likely will not be around fast enough. Long term parking is $1/hr.
No. Our team takes security and privacy seriously. When you reserve a locker, you are agreeing to specific terms and conditions that help us ensure legal and safe operations of our system.
We take disputes very seriously. Contact us immediately and we will provide video records verifying your drop off and their pick up.
Absolutely no weapons, illegal items, drugs, or paraphernalia. Sellers and buyers will have their contract terminated for any illegal transactions. Police will be provided video evidence and identification of all suspicious/illegal transactions.
Yes! As the seller you have full control over your locker. You may change the code as many times as you would like, no need to notify Zippy Post of the change!
